Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Enki Hermes accesses and uses Google user data for its owner’s private personal-assistant workflow.
Who this applies to
Enki Hermes is a private, single-user integration operated for its owner. It is not offered to the general public.
Google data accessed
After the owner grants permission, Enki Hermes may access only the Google services needed for requested tasks:
- Google Drive: locate, create, upload, organize, download, or update files.
- Google Docs: create, read, and edit documents.
- Google Sheets: create, read, and update spreadsheets.
- Google Calendar: read, create, update, or delete calendar events when instructed.
Enki Hermes does not request access to Gmail or other Google services unless the owner separately changes the integration in the future.
How data is used
Google user data is used solely to carry out the owner’s explicit requests, maintain the owner’s chosen documents and trackers, and provide continuity for those personal workflows. It is not used for advertising, profiling, credit decisions, or unrelated purposes.
Storage and security
OAuth credentials are stored locally on the owner’s Homebase computer and are not displayed publicly. Google content generally remains in the owner-controlled Google account. Local working files or backups may be retained on the owner’s computer when the owner requests or approves them. Access is limited to the owner’s authorized environment.
Sharing and selling
Enki Hermes does not sell Google user data. It does not share Google user data with advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties. Data may pass through service providers such as Google, Cloudflare, and the owner’s AI infrastructure only as necessary to provide the requested functionality and maintain the integration.
Retention and deletion
Files and events remain subject to the owner’s Google retention settings. Local credentials and working data are retained only while needed for the owner’s integration or backups. The owner may request deletion of local data, delete content directly in Google, or revoke OAuth access at any time.
Your controls
- Review or revoke access in Google Account third-party connections.
- Delete or change files and events directly through Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, or Calendar.
- Contact enkihermes888@gmail.com with privacy questions or deletion requests.
Google API Limited Use
Enki Hermes’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Changes to this policy
This policy will be updated if the integration’s permissions or data practices materially change. The effective date above will be revised when changes are published.
